 MINI MARTIALS

ALL Mini Martials must weigh in at 8:30am. Mini Martials matches will be 2 minutes long.
 ALL MINI MARTIALS WILL RECEIVE A MEDAL.

JUNIOR & YOUTH DIVISIONS

Due to time constraints, we have made the decision to run SINGLE ELIMINATION for all Junior and Youth matches. With the change to single elimination, we estimate the event will conclude at approximately 3pm.
 1st 2nd and 3rd PLACE WILL RECEIVE A MEDAL.

 ESTIMATED FIGHT TIMES – PLEASE KEEP CHECKING!

On your Smoothcomp page, you will be able to see your child’s estimated fight time. These times are estimates and CAN CHANGE throughout the day depending on how quickly matches are completed or if there are delays or stoppages due to injuries or other circumstances. Please keep checking Smoothcomp and your child’s estimated fight time to ensure you arrive on time.

 WEIGH-IN – IMPORTANT

Competitors are expected to weigh in at least 30 MINUTES BEFORE their estimated fight time. Mini Martials are the exception – ALL Mini Martials weigh in at 8:30am.

 IMPORTANT – CORRECT WEIGHT

If a competitor’s weight has been entered incorrectly and they have consequently been placed in the wrong bracket, and we determine that this gives the competitor an unfair advantage or could put another competitor at risk, we reserve the right to disqualify the competitor from the event. The safety and fairness of all competitors must come first.

 HEALTH & SAFETY – NO VEHICLES INSIDE THE GATES

FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY, NO ONE IS TO DRIVE INSIDE THE GATES OR INTO THE CAR PARK. Please allow plenty of time for parking, weigh-in and getting your child ready to compete. Please ensure all parents, spectators and competitors follow this requirement. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us keep the event safe, fair and running on time. We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!
