Our Adult kickboxing classes are a mix of both kickboxing techniques and cardiovascular fitness. These classes are a great way to improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination. The Adult Kickboxing classes are a fun way to introduce you into the world of Mixed Martial Arts. MMA classes sometimes run directly after the Kickboxing classes, so if you are keen to go another round – make sure you stay for the MMA class!
